YOU MAY:

• use my products for your own personal scrapbook pages and projects, including hybrid projects and paper scrapping
• use my products in layouts posted to online galleries and/or submitted to online/printed publications, as long as you give credit to SuzyQ Scraps with the element name and/or kit name
• modify/alter the size, color, etc. of the files to suit your projects, as long as you do not claim them as your own (credit must still be given to SuzyQ Scraps and noted as altered)
• copy these files to your personal computer or external hard drive only
• make DVD or CD backups of these files for storage purposes only
• use my products for Scrap-4-Hire or Scrap-4-Others situations IF the following conditions are met:
  • finished product delivered to client in flattened (jpg) or printed form
  • NO quickpages
  • NO freebies

YOU MAY NOT:

• claim these products as your own (altered or unaltered)
• redistribute these products in any way (selling, sharing, loaning, or pirating)
• upload these products to any web page for download
• send these products through list groups (Google, Yahoo, or any other)
• create brushes or tubes from these products
• make “quickpages” or templates or any other item from these products and offer them to others, for free or for sale
• use these products as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business
• use these products for any web purposes (tags, email, web sets, etc.)
• use these products for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral, or racial material
