This is my own recipe, but I’m sure it’s been done before so I won’t try to take all the credit! This takes about 15 minutes to prepare, and 30 minutes to bake. That’s quick & easy in my book, and it is really very good. Quite filling as well. Here are the step by step photos, and I have a 4×6 recipe card you can download at the end.

And now onto the freebie! I created this desktop for you using SuzyQ’s kit Space Monkeys. This was my first chance to work with this kit, and it’s just too darn cute. It was a tough choice to decide between using the monkeys or the space aliens. In the end, the monkey’s won out! As usual we have a variety of sizes, and haven’t forgotten our MAC using fans! The coordinating calendar is also included, so that you can add it if you like that option. I considered also including an iPhone sized wallpaper. Would that be something anyone is interested in?
