Indulge in this Sunshine Filled Post

Spring greetings from Sunny California! We’ve been having some really great weather here in Northern California this week…almost too good to be true. If I could, I would box it up and send some to everyone who is still stuck in the throws of thawing out from winter, dealing with flooding, or just not having much in the way of spring-time sunshine!

As you may recall, Suzy has picked “Sunshine” as her word for this year, and this ties right in with one of our sneak peek products this week. You might have seen it before, or even own it already! SuzyQ also has a brand new digital scrapbooking product that I’m certain you will be using over and over again. I think SuzyQ Scraps has some of the best of what I call “essentials”…things like stitching, borders, doodles, etc. The stuff that isn’t a part of a kit, but that can be used universally to put the finishing touches on a layout. The third new product this week is another “lovely” kit that you might have seen before.

I’ve got a couple of gorgeous QT layouts to show you. They both use 2 of the new products!!

I’m curious to know what everyone likes doing in the spring-time. Do you have kids in sports, or is there an outdoor activity that you enjoy once the weather turns nice? Don’t forget about the contest to have a chance at winning one of these new products. Leave a comment on the blog and you’ll be entered into a drawing to win this week’s new releases from SuzyQ Scraps. Want more chances to win? Share this post on your blog, Facebook, or Twitter, then come back here and leave another comment letting us know where you shared it. (Comments must be posted by 9 pm Eastern Thursday night.)

    That is gorgeous!
In the springtime I like to go for walks in the sun. Preferable early in the morning when no one is out yet! Ahhhh.

We’re in autumn mode here in New Zealand but in spring I love planting seeds to eventually put in our vege garden…. our little vege and herb gardens are planted in tractor tyres and an old wooden dinghy…. they look cool too, especially when everything is blooming.

It’s all about gardening in the spring for us. Planting, and knowing soon we will be picking wonderful fresh vegetables to feed our family and preserve for the year ahead. It’s a beautiful time (and definitely the easiest part of the gardening!!)

The new things look great! The layouts rock!!

Those previews look great! As soon as it warms up and the sun comes back out, I’ll probably spend a lot of time sitting outside reading and soaking up the rays.

Great looking Kits…lovely colours…Even though it is Autumn here I always look forward to Spring because it means the end of Winter and all the bulbs start to bloom and the baby lambs and calves are being born…also I love the sight of the new leaves forming on the trees.

When spring comes, I start putting my clothes on the line to dry. Saves on quarters, and my clothes don’t smell like other people’s dryer sheets! These new releases look fun!

We’re in the southern hemisphere, so we’re heading into Autumn now, but in the spring we just like to get outdoors after a winter of being stuck inside.

Spring time is my favorite time of year.
We had gorgeous spring weather today so I took my daughter for a long brisk walk to deliver her baby and enjoy some mother daughter bonding.
Long walks at the lake with my hubby is my favorite too!

    Gorgeous layouts!

Two words… puddle jumping! It’s the best. Nothing like leaving spare clothes at the front door because everyone is going to be soaked. Very excited about the new releases!

Well I spent some time in the garden today. It was a glorious sunny day. All my spring bulbs are up and any day the tulips will be shedding their lovely colours. The blossoms on the trees are spectacular and with a slight breeze, it looked like it was snowing. And to think, the Olympics only left town last week! Love the look of the kits, but I know I already own one of them!

Because we live in Arizona we don’t really worry about thawing out. We do, however try to get some serious outdoor playtime in before it gets really hot! With the recent rain we’ve had we’ve been playing in the mud and bug hunting as well as some much needed spring planting. The oranges are in bloom and everything is super fragrant.

I love the doodly borders! If I didn’t stop myself I would use them on every layout!

My favorite thing to do in the spring time is watch the snow melt and go walking in town. I get some air and I can window shop all the new pretty things that have come out in the stores!

I live in Florida and typically the weather is nice year round with exception of a few weeks in winter, but I love watching the trees push their fresh green leaves and the pushing up of the new flowers.

I love your new kits! Thanks for giving us a chance to win one.

In the spring I love to walk on our farm… in the meadows full of wildflowers, in the woods and in the pasture with the horse. I also love to sit outside and brush our Great Pyrennes dogs. They love it too!
