Project 365 Products
I know, I know, it’s Friday and I’m posting a Digi World Wednesday post.
But with the early release of new products at Scrap Orchard this week, I had to rearrange the blog schedule a wee bit.
Woot! I am so excited to try Project 365 again this year.
Still need to take my picture today. And I’m still trying to decide exactly how I want to document it. I plan to scrap layouts of the pictures — I just can’t decide how. 7 pictures on a page? Seems like it would be the most economical — at the end of the year that’s only 52 8×8 pages to print, versus the 104 if I do 2-page spreads.
I must admit some of the templates out there look very appealing.
If you’re looking for a really simple way to scrap those pictures, I absolutely LOVE the look of these templates by Biograffiti — plus you can choose either 12×12 or 8.5 x 11.
These templates by Happy Scrap Girl look fun too!
Of course, I am a digital scrapbooker and a designer, and I like to think that I’m somewhat creative
, so maybe I’ll create my own layouts instead of using templates. Or maybe, I’ll buy some templates for when I’m in a pinch … see, I’m still up in the air about the whole thing. But at least I have some ideas of template sources to turn to if I need them.
Have you seen all the fun Project 365 products the digi scrap designers are churning out? WOW! Pretty much something for every style, I think. Of course, I’m partial to my own products — while some customers may think I design solely for their buying pleasures, I have to confess that I don’t. I mean, I’m a scrapper at heart, and when I design scrapbook kits, it’s so I can use them too!
I just feel really lucky that I’m not the only one who likes my designs, lolol!
Now, I realize Scrap Orchard is currently receiving a facelift and so is not accessible at this writing, but I thought I’d share a few of the products I have in the store right now that just *might* be useful for your Project 365 this year — I definitely plan to use them.
I’ll come back and link up all the images once the site is back up and running.
First, there’s my HUGE kit, Journey 365 Jumbo — practically bursting at the seams with color & kraft yumminess (36 patterns, 24 solids, 1 alpha in 18 colors, and TONS of fun, basic elements).

I happen to LOVE kraft paper — I just love how colors pop off neutral backgrounds — so I’ve put together 2 different stashes for you — one that’s mostly pristine, and one that’s super crumpled.

And who doesn’t love stitches?

Be on the lookout for more fun coordinating products to be released January 8th (like, I don’t know, maybe a date pack … and some fun alphas …).

Happy New Year!

Definitely looking forward to giving Project 365 another try this year. Thanks for showcasing all the products. Happy new year!
I’m looking forward to trying P365 for the first time this year. I’m planning to use BioGraffiti’s templates (tried to win a full year of them but, alas, I was not the winner) and your journey kit (since I won this and much more from you I can’t be too bummed about the templates). Here’s hoping we all complete our projects this year!!!
i’m a recent customer to scrap orchard & am completely hooked & addicted to it! your journey kit actually inspired me to give P365 a try this year. i purchased it last night, along with a set of stitches & can’t get enough of everything there is! thank you so much for making this kit, it’ll be a “go-to” kit for plenty of layouts. happy new year!
Thanks so much for linking up my template set! Good luck with P365 – I’m hoping to do it myself this year – day 1 picture done, lol!
Thanks for showing my templates! I am totally the same way as you in that I design stuff I want to use myself LOL. I’m planning to print 8.5×11 LO as I go at home each week and get some 8.5×11 divided page protector type pages from Roberts Crafts to hold other misc “stuff” throughout the year like ticket stubs, crayon doodles from my daughter, etc. I am so jazzed up about this project!!
BTW – love your designs!!
@quietangelsb
Happy New Year to you too, Sharon! Good luck with your Project 365!
@britanee
You’re so welcome! So glad you like the kit. I’m excited to see your layouts.
@Christy aka ckcpurple
Yay! Another one trying Project 365. I’m really excited this year to make it happen. It’ll be so nice to look back and say, “Yes. I completed that goal! And look what I have to show for it.” Good luck!
@Happy Scrap Girl
You’re welcome! I think your templates look fabulous! Good luck with Project 365 — one day at a time, right?
@Biograffiti
Thanks for creating such awesome templates to keep Project 365 simple!
Ooh, I like your idea to keep the “stuff” — the ticket stubs, etc. I might have to borrow it.
yes, i agree! i’ve been over biograffiti’s site. she’s got loads of awesome templates!
i’m enjoying also the stitch hiccups you made! grabbed both sets =)
Good luck to the 365-ers! I haven’t been inspired to do that at this point…but I might have to snag some of these goodies anyway….LOVE LOVE LOVE the stitching!
