TERMS OF USE — SuzyQ Scraps

I. Digital Scrapbook Kits, Element Packs, Paper Packs, Alpha Packs, Pre-made Hybrid Projects, and Templates:

You may NOT use my designs to create freebies, digital products, and/or physical products for resale. The following terms apply to the above listed digital scrapbook and hybrid products.

Personal Use:

You may use this product for your PERSONAL scrapbooking pages & products, including creating hybrid projects, uploading to online galleries, and giving gifts to family & friends
You may submit your layouts using my products, in whole or in part, to scrapbooking and other related magazines — please give proper credit to SuzyQ Scraps
You may modify & alter the size, color, etc. of the files to suit your projects, as long as you do not claim them as your own

Limited Scrap-4-Hire/Scrap-4-Others:
NO quick pages or freebies allowed. You may create layouts FOR SALE for INDIVIDUAL clients in a Scrap-4-Hire (S4H) or Scrap-4-Others (S4O) business, as long as the following conditions are met:

Each layout is a unique design for ONE client
Layout(s) is/are delivered to the individual client in a flattened (.jpg) or printed form

Blogwear and Web Site Graphics/Design:

Available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for terms and licensing.

Digital Cards, Announcements, and Invitations:

Available on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me for terms and licensing.

II. Digital Stamps:

You may NOT use my designs to create freebies and/or digital products for resale. The following terms apply to digital stamps.

Personal Use:

You may use this product for your PERSONAL scrapbooking pages & products, including creating hybrid projects, uploading to online galleries, and giving gifts to family & friends
You may submit your layouts using my products, in whole or in part, to scrapbooking and other related magazines — please give proper credit to SuzyQ Scraps
You may modify & alter the size, color, etc. of the files to suit your projects, as long as you do not claim them as your own

Limited Scrap-4-Hire/Scrap-4-Others:
NO quick pages or freebies allowed. You may create layouts & projects FOR SALE for INDIVIDUAL clients in a Scrap-4-Hire (S4H) or Scrap-4-Others (S4O) business, as long as the following conditions are met:

Each layout is a unique design for ONE client
Layout(s) is/are deliered to the individual client in a flattened (.jpg) or printed form

Limited Commercial Use:
You may use these stamps for creating physical products for sale IN SMALL QUANTITIES as long as the following conditions are met:

Digital stamp must be printed and colored-in by hand
Each design must be UNIQUE
Please include the text “Images Copyright SuzyQ Scraps” with the craft — in the packaging or description is fine.

III. Designer Resources (“Commercial-use” Products)

For designer resources CLEARLY MARKED COMMERCIAL USE OR CU on packaging or description, the following terms apply.

Personal Use:

You may use this product for your PERSONAL scrapbooking pages & products, including creating hybrid projects, uploading to online galleries, and giving gifts to family & friends
You may submit your layouts using my products, in whole or in part, to scrapbooking and other related magazines — please give proper credit to SuzyQ Scraps
You may modify & alter the size, color, etc. of the files to suit your projects, as long as you do not claim them as your own

Layout(s) is/are deliered to the individual client in a flattened (.jpg) or printed form

Limited Commercial Use:
You may use products clearly marked CU-friendly to create personal-use products or limited scrap-4-hire products for digital download, for sale or for free, provided the following conditions are met:

Files created are jpg or png
The original files are not included in the download
You may NOT use products marked CU-friendly to create physical products for sale — additional licensing may be available upon request — please contact me for details
Credit is NOT required, but is appreciated

General Restrictions Applicable to ALL Designs and Products by SuzyQ Scraps

You MAY NOT share, loan, sell, rent, or transfer these files to any other party by any means.
You MAY NOT claim these products as your own (altered or unaltered)
You MAY NOT redistribute these products in any way (selling, sharing, loaning, or pirating)
You MAY NOT upload these products to any web page for download
You MAY NOT send these products through list groups (Google, Yahoo, or any other)
You MAY NOT use these products as part of a trademark, or to promote any type of business
You MAY NOT use these products for any harmful, pornographic, obscene, defamatory, immoral, or racial material
