Amanda has some of the best tutorials around, with awesome screen-shots and easy-to-follow instructions. All of her tutorials are available in a printable format in the Tutorials section at Oscraps. (Her designs are fab too, so you should check out her store. I love her heart brushes and her graffiti brushes!)
One of my favorite tutorials is her Photo Blending — Defined!! I love that she includes examples so you can SEE the effect of each blend mode. Be sure to check out the quick reference guides at the end of the tutorial. 
And then read Photo Blending Options, Photo Blending Options II (with paper), and Photo Blending III — Photo Effects for more fun. (The last article is my favorite!)

Oh yeah….I discovered Amanda Taylor quite some time ago and you are so right about being able to go on and on about her tut’s! I had already done the Photo Blending III-Photo Effects. In fact, it was that very tutorial that taught me to step out of my comfy zone and just start playing with those blending modes. I enjoyed going thru the Photo Blending-Defined tutorial just now and love how she did the reference sheets at the end so you can see at a glance the effect a certain blending mode will have.
