Adding a Border to Your Pictures

I love adding a border to my pictures on my scrapbook layouts, especially if it’s a busy page, ’cause I don’t want the photo to get lost. I was all set to create a tutorial with screen-shots when I remembered that Janet at The Daily Digi did a post all about this a while back. She did such a great job, I think I’ll just link you up to her fabulous post (My Most Used Scrapping Trick) and let her be the teacher today.
