I made this desktop wallpaper QP using Suzy’s Fall into Fun kit, a beautiful kit with lots of unique elements but still versatile enough to use for non-fall/autumn pages. It is in .PNG, so you can insert pictures easily, whatever Photo/Imaging Software you use. I also made it in 3 popular desktop size, so just click on what suits your desktop size..
