She used Suzy’s Celebrate which you can pick up over at Polka Dot Plum. I love the large center photo with the three smaller coordinating ones. So…all you have to do is rotate the LO and make it your own. The contest will run through 11:59 pm on September 24th. Then I’ll pick a winner. Just comment on this post with a link to your LO.
